"Few people have the imagination for reality." Goethe


 
The first film adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s children’s book Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland came in the form of a silent film in 1903, directed by Cecil Hepworth and Percy Stow. Only one copy of the original film is known to exist and parts are now lost.
